1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using Synthic (“the Service”) at synthic.org, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
3. Tokens & payments
Synthic tokens are a prepaid usage credit consumed by AI generation, fixes, and compilation. Tokens are not legal tender, are non-transferable, and (except where required by law) non-refundable once consumed. Pricing and package contents may change prospectively.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to generate or distribute malware, infringe intellectual property, attack or overload systems, exfiltrate secrets, or violate applicable law. Build execution is sandboxed; attempting to escape the sandbox is prohibited.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of code and content you create. By publishing a project publicly you grant other users the right to view and fork it within the Service. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any content you upload.
6. AI output
AI-generated code may be inaccurate or insecure. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and securing any output before use. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synthic is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
